In 1997, Shenzhen Shennanyi Glass Product Co., Ltd., officially established in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China. With the plant covering an area of 15,000 square meters, Shennanyi has developed to a main large manufacturer of various deep-processed glass in the industry after over twenty years.

The second glass deep-processing production plant of Shennanyi-Tianjin Xinbao Glass Co., Ltd. was officially put into operation in Wuqing District, Tianjin City in 2014, covering an area of 55,000 square meters, with an annual production capacity of more than 1 million square meters.

In 2018, Shennanyi invested 250 million yuan again in ShenShan Special Cooperation Zone to launch another glass deep-processing production line which covers an area of 35,000 square meters and can satisfy the processing requirements of an annual production capacity of 1 million square meters.

Shennanyi is committed to the research and development, production and market development of various deep-processed glass. Besides, Shennanyi is equipped with advanced slicing, edge polishing, ceramic fritting, tempering, laminating and Insulating glass manufacturing equipment and other professional glass processing equipments in the industry. Shennanyi possesses a number of self-developed hot bending and multi-curved tempered glass processing equipment to professionally manufacture various overlong, super-wide, multi-curved and super-thick architectural engineering glass.

Flat and curved tempered glass, hot bending glass, laminated glass, Insulated glass, Art glass and special composite glass.

Over the years, adhering to technological innovation, Shennanyi has won the processing patent for multi-curved tempered glass and its composite products, has solved the technical problem that irregular twisted glass cannot be tempered and even has broken through the cognition that irregular twisted glass can only processed by hot bending. The Company becomes an expert in curved glass processing in the industry by means of its unique technological advantages, is able to meet the design requirements of internationally famous designers and engineers based on different architectural structures and satisfy the diversified processing demands of customers and provide more deign possibilities.

The Company has been dedicated to the deep processing of glass for over 20 years, possesses a whole-process project tracking and management system and employs a batch of skilled and experienced technical engineers to provide all-round technical support for customers, and is able to provide customers with a series of solutions of glass engineering projects, including professional suggestions concerning glass configuration at the early stage of the project, product processing at the medium stage as well as perfect product quality inspection, after-sales services.

The Company has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, national “3C” compulsory certification on safety glass, American SGCC certification, EU CE certification, Australian AS/NZS 2208 certification as well as British hot dipping certification on tempered glass and etc.
